Feel the need to do something meaningful?

The Road to Parity is still small, but as we grow, we want to get it right.

So we're seeking to further develop our governance and support structure to ensure we make robust decisions about our future direction.

Not interested in committees? Good, neither are we!

What we do need, however, are passionate and practical people to voluntarily commit a small amount of time to being on our steering group.

✔ Meet with like-minded and interesting people (not more than 3 times per year)
✔ Develop your skills and knowledge of the developing world
✔ Be part of an embryonic charity as important steps are taken
✔ Feel the satisfaction that you are working for social good and helping to build a transparent and efficient organisation

Meetings may be by Skype etc, but the aim is for at least one annual meeting to be held face to face in Liverpool.

The Road to Parity was initially established in the UK as a community organisation, but has since been granted registered charity status by the Charity Commission for England and Wales.
